
Xapity User History (free)
Xapity User History is a useful free application that displays the Incident and Service Request History for the Affected User. Xapity User History appears as a convenient Task on Incident and Service Request Work Items.
Analysts can select any of the user’s Incident or Service Requests and open the original Work Item. Xapity User History provides a quick and easy way for Analysts to see a full picture of the Affected User’s Incident and Service Request activity.

Quickly Retrieve Incident and Service Request History
Xapity User History enables Analysts to quickly access the Affected User's Incident and Service Request history. Xapity User History displays all Active, Resolved and Closed items relating to the Affected User. The Xapity User History Task is available on Incidents and Service Request Work Items.
Useful Summary Data Displayed
For each Incident and Service Request, Xapity User History displays the ID, Title, Status, Assigned To Analyst, Created Date and Last Modified Date.
Open Original Incident or Service Request
An Analyst can simply double click any of the returned Incidents or Service Requests to be taken directly to the original Work Item for the full detailed information. Analysts can filter the list if they are searching for a specific Work Item.
Contextual Interface
When Xapity User History is opened from an Incident Work Item, the view will show the list of Incidents and when opened from a Service Request Work Item, the list of Service Requests will be shown. Analysts can switch between Incidents and Service Request views.
Available in all Languages
Xapity User History is available in all languages supported by System Center Service Manager. Interface text can be further customised by SCSM administrators.
