Features

Relate Analysts to SCSM Support Groups using Active Directory (AD) Groups

Xapity Teams creates a relationship between Microsoft System Center Service Manager (SCSM) Support Groups and Analysts. Members of Active Directory (AD) Groups are synced to SCSM and used to relate Analysts to Support Groups. Xapity Teams supports all AD Group types(Universal, Global, Domain and Distribution Lists) and nested groups.

Xapity Teams allows you to reuse your existing AD groups and has no naming convention restrictions.

Use Direct Assign to Assign Work Items to Analysts or Support Groups

The Xapity Teams Direct Assign feature allows you to assign any of the major Work Items to an Analyst or Support Group in an intuitive and simple way.

The dynamically filtering interface allows an Analyst to be selected from their Support Group, or if unsure of the Analyst’s Support Group, select the analyst first and see a list of their Support Groups.

Advanced Notifications

Xapity Teams Advanced Notifications greatly enhances Service Manager's (SCSM's) email Notifications.

Notifications can be sent:

  • to the Support Group when a Work Item is assigned to it

  • to the Analyst when a Work Item is assigned to them

  • to the Client with an Analyst adds a comment

  • to the Support Group or Analyst when the Client adds a comment

Notifications can be configured for each Support Group, allowing more relevant and meaningful messages. This also enables each team to have the Notifications that suits them.

Direct Assign – By Support Group

The Direct Assign task allows Analysts to assign Work Items to a Support Group or Analyst. Select a Support Group first, and only Analysts that are members of that Support Group are listed.
