Xapity Create Activity allows major Work Item types to be created from Microsoft System Center Service Manager (SCSM) Change Requests, Release Records and Service Requests. With Xapity Create Activity, users can now raise a Change Request, Release Record, Problem Record, or Incident from the self-service portal.
